Platform overview

PentrraWallet is a fintech platform specialised in issuing prepaid virtual payment cards, available in two versions. Our services are aimed at three distinct profiles:

Simple Virtual Card
Prepaid virtual card for online purchases only — advertising platforms, subscriptions, marketplaces and any website accepting card payments worldwide.
NFC Virtual Card
Prepaid virtual card with an additional feature: contactless in-store payment via Apple Pay and Google Pay. Online and in-store — the card remains 100% virtual.
  • Users: individuals wishing to pay online or in-store using their virtual card.
  • Developers: integrators automating virtual card creation and management via our REST API.
  • Businesses: organisations managing multiple virtual cards for their teams, campaigns or clients.
PentrraWallet is not a bank. We are a prepaid virtual card issuer. No interest is paid on deposited balances.

Our virtual payment cards

Simple Virtual Card — online payments only

The simple virtual card is a rechargeable prepaid card intended exclusively for online purchases:

  • Usable on all websites and platforms accepting card payments worldwide.
  • Rechargeable as many times as needed from your dashboard.
  • Online use only — does not enable payment at physical store locations.
  • PentrraWallet is not responsible for a transaction being declined by a third-party merchant.
NFC Virtual Card — online + in-store payments

The NFC virtual card is also a 100% virtual prepaid card, with one additional feature: contactless in-store payment:

  • Usable online on all websites accepting card payments, exactly like the simple virtual card.
  • Usable in-store via Apple Pay or Google Pay — add your card to your digital wallet and pay by tapping your phone on any contactless terminal.
  • The card remains 100% virtual — your phone becomes the physical payment instrument.
  • Secure tokenisation — merchants never see your real virtual card number.
All our virtual cards are protected by the 3D Secure protocol. Never share your card numbers, CVV or authentication codes with third parties.
